West Michigan Clients

Grand RapidsRegional Air Alliance of West Michigan
Truscott Rossman helped Regional Air Alliance of West Michigan (RAAWM) build a coalition of community and business leaders to vocally support efforts to keep Southwest Airlines in Grand Rapids. We garnered media coverage for events, and connected RAAWM leaders with other business leaders in Grand Rapids – securing a strong foundation for the ultimately successful campaign to retain Southwest Airlines.

Michigan Health Connect
Founded in 2009, Michigan Health Connect is the state’s leading electronic medical records and data hub. To help MHC tell its story of innovation and growth, we formulated a strategic communications plan to assist in the transition from early-growth communications into a more long-term, solutions-oriented plan, along with helping MHC open doors to many key organizations and individuals across the state.

Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce
For more than a century, the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce has been working to grow small businesses throughout West Michigan. The Chamber has enlisted the help of Truscott Rossman to increase its reach and footprint in West Michigan through media relations, communications support and by fostering connections with key individuals and organizations.

Erhardt Construction
Rather than celebrate its 50th year in a typical fashion, Erhardt Construction contacted Truscott Rossman for something more creative. We helped our client conceive and execute the “Building Your Community” contest, which would donate $50,000 to an area nonprofit contest winner. With more than 90,000 votes online, and additional sponsors, they were able to select three winners for the contest. This campaign received the “Diamond Award” from the East Central district of the Public Relations Society of America.

Jandernoa Entrepreneurial Mentoring (JEM)
Truscott Rossman helped JEM, a CEO to CEO mentoring program, earn media coverage, create events and provide strategic communication planning in order to recruit new program participants and increase public awareness to boost the overall growth and recognition of the organization.

Neurocore
Neurocore is a national authority in applied neuroscience. Their proprietary, brain-based diagnostic and treatment protocols have helped thousands of children and adults improve focus, sleep better and more effectively manage stress. Truscott Rossman works with local, regional and national media outlets to share Neurocore's work and increase awareness of their program, a non-medication approach that improves individual performance and quality of life.
