Our Work: When a Grand Rapids-based architecture and design firm wanted to enhance awareness among local and regional commercial real estate developers, realtors and brokers of the tremendous scope and quality of the 25-year-old firm’s portfolio, they turned to Truscott Rossman for strategic communications support.
We worked with the firm to develop a messaging and media relations strategy centered on the fact that their team had a hand in the majority of significant downtown Grand Rapids building and renovation projects over the past two decades. We were charged with two deliverables: 1) a business media feature profiling the firm and its impact, and 2) media relations support for the introduction of a major new development in downtown Grand Rapids.
Drawing on our messaging and media relations expertise, we assisted the architecture firm in garnering 14 unique stories in business and consumer print and broadcast media, including a front-page in-depth firm profile in the Grand Rapids Business Journal.
