Before joining TR, Crystal worked at public relations and digital marketing agencies and continues to marry solid traditional PR skills with digital strategy to create the best service and outcomes for her clients and team. Since the beginning of her career, she has set up clients for success by supporting them across all communications channels and helping to bring them into the digital age.

Crystal enjoys becoming an extension of her clients’ teams; deeply understanding her clients’ “why” to help them advance their communications goals.

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in integrative public relations from Central Michigan University.
