Jeff brings more than 30 years of business development, human resources and financial management experience to the Truscott Rossman team. He developed his business expertise managing all aspects of operations as owner of two Flint-based businesses. Skilled at strategic planning and development of business expansion strategies, Jeff is committed to providing high quality services to our clients.
In his role at Truscott Rossman, Jeff is responsible for “back of the house” issues such as financial oversight, information systems, human resources, facilities management and contract development and review. He is focused on finding creative strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of projects and to make Truscott Rossman as “user friendly” as possible for its clients.
Jeff is a committed community volunteer, serving as vice chair of the Board of Trustees for Genesys Health System and past chairperson of the Genesys Health Foundation. Previously, he served nine years on the Board of Directors of the Whaley Children’s Center. Jeff also enjoys his role as head coach for the Boys Varsity and Girls Junior Varsity Soccer teams for Powers Catholic High School in Flint, as well as serving on the Investment Committee for the Northeast Michigan section of the United States Tennis Association. Jeff graduated with a BBA from University of Michigan-Flint.
