After attending Michigan State University, Ben helped guide the growth of a major restaurant chain where he served as general manager. His ability to lead teams and dedication to customer service transitioned seamlessly into the State Legislature. There he worked with lawmakers to develop policy initiatives and then crafted and executed the communication plans to support them. At Truscott Rossman, Ben blends these skills to anticipate client needs, address their concerns, and craft strategies to achieve their goals.

Ben’s appetite for a challenge doesn’t end when he clocks out. On the weekend, he can often be found skiing, rock climbing or embarking on an epic bike tour.
