Join the fifth annual Capital City Film Festival at its FREE kick-off party in downtown Lansing. Enjoy drink specials, delicious appetizers and live music. Attendees will walk the red carpet alongside featured filmmakers, musicians and artists as part of the four day festival lineup. Lansing’s newest bar opening in early April, The Beer Grotto, will host the event, offering attendees a selection of 48 craft beers on-tap.

After the celebration, the Capital City Film Festival opening night film will take place across the street at the Lansing Center, followed by a musical performance by Chicago-based acoustic artist Owen who will close out the night at the Loft. Full festival lineup will be released in mid-March.
