Challenge

Over the past 120+ years, Sparrow has grown to become the Mid-Michigan region's largest health system, and its diverse range of facilities offer residents some of the most advanced medical technology available in the world.

The system is comprised of two Lansing campuses and several community hospitals, including Sparrow Clinton Hospital in St. Johns, Sparrow Ionia Hospital in Ionia, Sparrow Carson Hospital in Carson City, and Sparrow Eaton Hospital in Charlotte, as well as numerous outpatient facilities and owned physician practice locations.

With emerging healthcare policy, technology and continuous innovation, change is the only constant. But with change comes challenges, and Sparrow sought Truscott Rossman’s communications expertise to help navigate these challenges and evolving landscape.
